Front End Amenities

As you enter our Academy, you’ll find a spacious front end covering approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Here, we have a shoe room where everyone removes their footwear, helping to maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility. Beyond the shoe room, you’ll enter our hallway lobby, which features:

• Male and female changing rooms
• An office
• Two bathrooms

Our changing rooms are designed for comfort, ensuring you have ample space to prepare for class without feeling cramped.

Training Area

Once you pass through the front end, you’ll enter our training area, which spans about 2,000 sq. ft. This includes 1,750 sq. ft. of high-quality Zebra MMA mats, specifically chosen for their superior performance. Our mats are smooth to the touch and engineered to minimize mat burn, a common issue with traditional tatami mats found in many local gyms. Trusted by professional athletes, these mats provide an optimal training experience.

To enhance safety further, our mats are installed over a spring floor that offers additional cushioning and rebound, helping to absorb impact during training.
